This piece is an excerpt from a larger group project (thus why the table of content lists content that isn’t shown). The prompt was to create the entirety of a magazine, and my group elected to create a small-town-horror news magazine. Based on classroom guidelines, all of the copy in this piece is AI-generated, but every visual except for the the two ads on the “Horoscopes” pages is human-made. I built the layouts and edited the photographs. I also drew all of the black, icon-like illustrations that make appearances on a few pages (like the doodle of Frank Callahan or the images for the Bells of St. Marrow’s).
